Excellent service.....[name removed] listened, was kind, polite and very informative. I didn't feel rushed and she took the time to explain everything simply. Felt so much better after the appointment.

Physiotherapist was excellent in every way . He gave me lots of information and advice. Answered all my questions . Gave me exercises to do at home . He was easy to talk to, and very professional . There was also a student Physiotherapist in attendance . She was very pleasant and personable as well . I wish her every success in her training .

I wish I could have been seen more quickly , as it was 10 weeks between my GP referral, and the appointmentI was offered . The physio thought I should have been seen sooner .

You need more staff. Appt times started to get wider apart. Also there was rarely any reception staff to book you in and no other facility to let people know you had arrived.

I have never had physio before and [name removed] was great. Each time I went she had more exercise which gave me a better range of movement in my shoulder. I cannot thank her enough for her help. She sent links through to help remind me about the exercises too. A true asset to the NHS

Nothing. All good. The areas where we did the exercises were clean. Face masks and gel made you feel comfortable around others.

I felt there was no need to change anything. My care was second to none. I had more help than I was sent for so I can’t complain.
